Launched

So, we kinda sorta launched. The Windows version isn't ready yet thanks to a lagging certificate authority, but that will come.

I hope this launch helps people get into the idea that using third-party sounds in Sibelius is now for everyone, and isn't a "here-be-dragons" any more. I did the hard work so you don't have to! 

The Sibelius community has waited seven years for sound set production to begin again - so here we are. Use it or lose it! ;-)
