Added the manual files

Right, I added the ZIP file that contains the Sound Set, Playback Configurations, House Styles, Manuscripts and Templates. This is for people who would rather install the sound set themselves - and for anyone for whom the installer is incompatible.

While I can do this for BBC SO Discover, the situation for Kontakt libraries is a bit different because you have to deliver patches, and sometimes even redirects between libraries to get autoload to work: and then dynamically edit the sound sets and playback configurations.
