New Installer (Fixed)

Right, there's new installers. The previous one had a small glitch where it didn't deliver house styles (and the Mac Sibelius plugin had an issue with line endings that made it parse-error). The workaround for the house style thing was exporting from the template and importing into another score, but now it seems to work properly.

BBC SO Core is incoming, and also seems to work with BBC SO Discover, in that Spitfire's mode-switching promises that level of compatibility. So if you load the Core sound set into a machine without Core, it will play all the patches with the equivalent Discover patches.
